Once you've submitted a service ticket to LeasePilot through ZenDesk, you can also view that ticket and any other tickets submitted by your company by following the steps below.
Registering with ZenDesk
Step 1: Go to LeasePilot’s help portal at https://leasepilot.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and click “Sign In” in the top right corner. Here’s a screenshot:
Step 2: Click “Get a password” in the Sign in Pop-up, as indicated in the following screenshot
Step 3: Enter your email address (the same one you use to log into LeasePilot) and click “Submit”
Step 4: Check your email. You should have a message from support@leasepilot.zendesk.com with the subject “LeasePilot password reset.” Despite what the email subject might suggest, this has nothing to do with your password for the LeasePilot app (https://app.leasepilot.co/). This is only for our ticketing system. Unfortunately, we have no control over the email subject line in these automated emails (otherwise we’d change it to something like “Your LeasePilot support portal password reset”). The email will look like this:
If you don’t see it right away, wait a minute or two and refresh your inbox. If you still don’t see it, check your Spam folder.
Once you’ve found the email, click the password reset link and follow the instructions to set up your Zendesk login.
How to view your tickets
Once you’re logged into Zendesk, you can access your organization’s active and past tickets by clicking on your name in the top right corner and selecting “My activities” from the dropdown menu. By default, you’ll first be shown only the tickets that you have submitted.
To view all the tickets in your organization, click “Organization Requests” as shown in the screenshot below:
That’s it! If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
